As I’m learning more about peak performance and how to maximize one’s learning curve throughout a professional adult life, there are several logical principles backed up by science that shall improve, to drastic levels, one’s ability to develop themselves into a strong person.

Principle One – Stress needs to be followed by rest. If you fail to give your mental or physical realms a proper level of relaxation to recover and rebuilt, you will burn out.

Examples:
– a worker should spend 50-90 minutes of time working followed by 7-20 minutes of rest. This ratio is optimal for high output
